When you visit beautybay.com, you may get a page stating that “BEAUTY BAY NOW SHIPS TO YOUR COUNTRY.”

Click on “Change your country” and select “UK” where it will prompt you that you need a UK address.

You will now see all products priced in GBP (GREAT BRITIAN POUNDS) with the UK deals (which are exclusive deals and offers for purchases in the UK)

Select the products that you want to purchase and fill up your cart. On Checkout use the “UK Virtual Address” provided by SOFU as your “Shipping Address”.

The Billing Address could be the same or you can change this to your Registered Billing Address with the Credit Card that you are using.

STEP 1
Upon placing the order you will receive an Order Confirmation mail which will have the Virtual Address as your Delivery address. Please forward this email to our Helpdesk.

STEP 2
You will also get a mail with a shipping Tracking Number for the Shipments BEAUTY BAY makes to you.

These shipments could be one consolidated shipment with a single Tracking number or multiple shipments with separate Tracking Numbers.

As a SOFU Customer you need to send us all Tracking Details, so as we can help you with confirmation on the receipt of your package.

STEP 3
In case of any discrepancy or packages which are not received, the SOFU member can contact the merchant / store and file a complaint for loss of package.

STEP 4
When we ship the package, you will see your package on the SOFU backend system and can track your package till it is delivered to your doorstep
